Hi Michelle;

First let me start of by saying that I am not a doctor and that aside from soliciting advice from this forum you should always consult a professional. As for your 'burping' . Un fortunately, it isn't uncommon these days for young people to develop 'Peptic Ulcers ' . Don't panic. It isn't that serious so long as it is treated earlier, rather than later. Having said that, it is more likely your diet, a lot of caffeine for example can give you gas so if you drink a lot of pop or coffee that may be one thing to consider, and don't let any one tell you that drinking Tea gives you more caffeine than coffee. While it is true that tea contains more caffeine, most people take it out of context. Pound for pound tea contains more caffeine so you would have to drink about 70 cups of tea to get the same amount of caffeine in a regular coffee because of the servings of each

This happens to us sometimes, and I don't know why. It just seems like nothing agrees with us. I usually put myself (or whoever) on a bland diet until it goes away. Cereal, applesauce, rice and potatoes, plain chicken breast, etc. I would try the milk of magnesia now until the bland diet helps. If it persists, see a doctor!

I don't think that's normal.

Do you eat bubble gum? Eating bubble gum might be a reason.

Do you skip meals? Try not to skip meals, and do not keep your stomach empty for prolonged periods of time.

Has this started recently? Have you changed your food habits?
Do you have any food allergies? Have you recently faced lots of stress?

Why don't you try a strict no sugar diet for a week or so and see what happens... Do not eat any form of sugar, no fruits, NO BREAD or baked products... No Dairy food...No milk

It might also have something to do with an underlying problem, for ex. IBS...

That's kind of weird. Burping is when there's exess gas in your... body somewhere. Something like that. Maybe you're... breathing to much? O_o"
