You should see your doctor. You may be developing carpel tunnel syndrome.

I am truly more dumb for having read lighbulbs post.

See a doctor, sounds like bilateral thoracic outlet syndrome.

Bilateral is rare but it happens if you do a lot of work that is right infront of you. Like computer or building things.

You can try to stretch out the scalene muscles and pec muscles. There should be help on stretches on the internet.

By the way. CTS will affect the thumb, index and middle fingers. Not the whole arm.

boil some water, put the heated water in a conainer large enough for both hands. now chill your hands in a bowl of ice for 10-15 min (leave the water simmering so it will be ready when needed) now, after you've chilled your hands, as quickly as you can, plunge your hands into the boiling water, but only very quickly, 2-5 times. do this 1 time a week and it should help.

It could be loss of blood flow in those limbs....if it feels like your limbs are asleep, then a massage every night should help to increase blood flow to the parts. If it doesn't, you might want to go to a doctor.
