Nothing is going to make you taller than you're genetically programmed to grow. What counts -- genetics, good nutrition, and your health while still growing.

Generally this is purely determined by genetics. If you don't eat a healthy diet and get proper exercise you might not reach your full growth potential. It is also possible, since smoking is bad for your veins and arteries, that smoking might also cause you to not grow as tall as you are programed to grow.
All cow's milk contains Bovine (cows) Growth Hormone. You should drink 4 glasses of milk a day to provide the calcium you need for your bones to grow. This may also help you grow taller than you would if you didn't drink milk. The Bovine Growth Hormone is similar to Human Growth Hormone (which causes you to grow taller) and may affect you body and make it grow taller.

Good posture will make you taller. I'm not sure of anything you can do to make you taller since your height is already established in your genes. How old are you? I quit growing at 19. I was always shorter than most people then when I was 17, I went from 5'4" to 5'11" in 2 years. There's nothing wrong with being short though. My best friend is 4'11". She wishes she was taller and I wish I was shorter. Be proud of your height. Hey, if you do end up short.....you can were heels or elevated shoes......and you never have to worry about pants being long enough. Short people can make themselves taller but tall people can't make themselves shorter. (OK we can slouch....but how attractive is that?) Good luck and be patient. Be proud of who you are.

If your talking about height in terms of your body, then it depends on your age.
If you are in your 20's, then there isn't much you can do. Children can become a bit taller than genetics provide if they eat nutritiously and healthy as well as get exercise and such. Or to word it better, they can not reach their potential height if the eat poorly and sit around all day.

I've read that working your abs and "side" abs (I forget what they're called) will make you a bit taller. I'm guessing because it'll hold your body up better. Working out your back can't hurt either. You might grown an inch, but not up to 6ft.
