Go on personal milk shake testing contest to find the best shake near you. Try a new one once or twice a day until you find one that is really good. It will be really hard not to gain weight if you do this. What about that guy that just ate fast food for 30 days. Toss in the best burger also.

It depends on your body.

All I have to do to gain weight is to stay alive, it seems. I'm fat.

A lot of people seem to be able to eat anything in any amount and not gain any weight.

The basic fact is that if you eat more calories than you use up, you'll gain weight in the form of fat.

If you exercise (Strength training -anaerobic) enough, you'll gain muscle mass
If you exercise ( Cardio - aerobic) enough, you'll burn more calories and either lose fat or get in far better shape, but you'll have a harder time gaining weight, I think.

Stay away from chocolates and stuff like that. You need to eat more lean meats and brown rice. If you binge on candys and mc donalds, its just going to build up on your stomach.

I would consume both a protein shake and a regular milk shake every day on top of your normal caloric intake.
