It's really hard to say without a little more info. If these dots are located in places where clothing fits snuggly, such as waistbands of underwear, bra or cuffs, and they itch particularly at night, then what you may have are scabies. They are tiny little bugs that burrow under the skin, usually in a fairly straight line, and leave a little red dot/blister behind. They are cured with a body shampoo/lotion, available by prescription from the doctor. Actually, a visit to the doctor is really in order here to get a final diagnosis. You could have odd flea bites, they could be bedbug bites, or any number of things. In addition to being treated yourself, you may need to treat the entire family, and do some in depth cleaning at the home. Sorry, I understand how rotten this news is, wish I had better advise to offer you. But you really do need to see the doctor.
