I'm 16 years of age...

Today, 1/17, I pain in both my legs... mostly above the knee.and it felt like growning pains.. i know how they usaully feel since when i was younger i had them"
I am also about 5'1-5'2

Just wondering if I can still grow taller.??

OK so its a strange thing to ask but here it is. The side of my hurts not the inside of my throught but outside. Its hurts to the touch and its the left side almost that muscle on your neck.

trying to think of good cardio workouts that won't bother my knee too bad...I can't run and can only really bike on flat surface for short periods of time without my knee giving me trouble...any suggestions on cardio workouts that would be good for me?? THANKS!!!

the systolic number is higher than the diastolic -- sometimes both are high and occasionally both are low. More times than not, the diastolic number is low and systolic number high.

Do I have an eating disorder?
Okay, I play 20-30 minutes of DDR a day, run 2 1/2- 3 miles every day, do 100-150 jemping jacks, 50-75 bsitups, and 20-30 pushups. I eat nothing for breakfast, 7 saltines and an apple for lunch, this or the equivelant to 1/3 chicken breat + slice of bread, and a scoop of at free vanilla ice cream. I drink 8-10 8 oz. glasses of water every day.
But one day a month (give or take one) I will go absolutely crazy and have like a huge lunch and forget to excersize. I am normally sick the next day. Is this a problem?

well iam 15 and i want a 6 pack. now i am going to begin to do some weight trainning when baseball season starts so that my new muscles will burn a few more calories per hour then normal.

but i have been regularly doing crunches during the nights and when i have been watching tv. is their more then i can do and what foods and how much should i eat to keep my abs showing!

now let me clear something up i have a 6 pack but u can only see it in a dim light, but i want them to be seen in regular light.

I am 19 and have smoked probably about 40 cigarettes in my whole life, which is two packs i think. Im not addicted, so i thought i shoudl quit while i was ahead, so i ended up quitting a few weeks ago. i was just wondering if by smoking these cigarettes, even as small amount as it is, could i possibly have lung cancer? the only thing that is leading me to believe this is my paranoia.
also is there anything i can do to help heal my lungs, (drinking water?) my father has smoked unfiltered cigarettes for over 20 years and does not have cancer so im hoping that uit would take more than 40 for me to develop cancer.

and please ddot write an answer explaining the danger or smoking and how i should quit, because im aware of the danger and i have quit.

my lips are dry and i put on vaseline at the night time and sleep with it and it does work for a few hours after i wake up, by after that, it becomes white and rough. and this has nothing to do with the winter months because it is the same story during the summer. what can i do to fix the problem

I have recently noticed that my orgasms have been less intense for some reason. I have not had intercourse yet so it is all masturbation. They usually come out in one large "bang", but now they seem to trickle out gently, or I seem to lose it right before I climax. I"m soo depressed No one listens to me, and everyone only puts me down, no matter what i do. I can't take it anymore. I need to talk to someone. Does anyone know of any good suicide help lines that are free, and will NOT show up on phone bills from a cell phone? I can't have my parents or anyone else knowing i called them, then i'd just be questioned about it, and put down more if they knew. I need help. i think i have bronchitis it started 3 days ago. It wasnt so bad to brgin with except for the uncomfortable cough but that lasted only a day but then i woke up this morning and i was wheezing like crazy i havent been able to catch my breath all day, how long is this gonna last? ive been taking mucinex but i heard you have to drink alot of water for it to even have an effect? and im a smoker but im quitting thanks to this little bronchitis thing i cant breathe and smoking is just out of the question so im just gonna quit. but is it worse beause of being a smoker and when is it gonna go away or at least ease up? cause working in construction is not the easiest thing to do when you cant breathe and your lungs are wheezing! anybody no when this crap will stop?
