Everyone starts with a Urinary bladder and a Gall Bladder. So we start with two bladders. It is possible to live without a gall bladder and they are commonly repoved in people with serious infections, leaving them with one bladder which you can live with easily. If your urinary bladder is damaged or infected it may need to be removed and a catheter installed going to an external bag - which can leave a person with no bladders at all.

Do you mean Kidneys? Cause you have two of those but only one bladder. And yes you could live with only one kidney, but you would have some lifestyle changes, to compensate.
