well iam 15 and i want a 6 pack. now i am going to begin to do some weight trainning when baseball season starts so that my new muscles will burn a few more calories per hour then normal.

but i have been regularly doing crunches during the nights and when i have been watching tv. is their more then i can do and what foods and how much should i eat to keep my abs showing!

now let me clear something up i have a 6 pack but u can only see it in a dim light, but i want them to be seen in regular light.

I've never had trouble keeping mine. As long as you don't gain weight, your abs will stick.

I did tons of ab exercises and it took me some 3 full years.

keep on doing the abs exercises everyday 3 times a DAY, believe me you will hve your abs in regular light.

don't eat much. i know this is gross cuz im a girl but when i was in gymnastics i had a 6 pack. just keep up with the crunches and don't eat too much but keep eating.
