OK so its a strange thing to ask but here it is. The side of my hurts not the inside of my throught but outside. Its hurts to the touch and its the left side almost that muscle on your neck.

It could be your glands. I know when I go into the doctor they check the neck to see if they're swolen. It's usually when you're fighting a cold. When they touched them, it was sore to me.

sounds like a lymph gland is inflamed, see the doc.

it could be a pinch nerve...you need to get an MRI done to see what it is...see the doctor.
