trying to think of good cardio workouts that won't bother my knee too bad...I can't run and can only really bike on flat surface for short periods of time without my knee giving me trouble...any suggestions on cardio workouts that would be good for me?? THANKS!!!

Yoga (with an instructor aware of your knee needs) and pool work outs are good. Running and aerobics can all be done in the water with little impact on your joints, and are a bit more difficult due to the water resistance.

Hey, Im Cory and I love to work out, for ur knee problem Id try some machine exercises like calf raises, light weight squats,leg extensions,and leg curls. If you use less weight and do more reps on each set then you can tone up and get a little bit of cardio, but I strongly suggest skipping rope. I read in a muscle mag. that skipping rope for 5 minutes is the same as jogging or biking 3 miles.
