Well it helps make you healthier and have more energy, but drinking gallons of milk with no exercise will just make you fat. Make sure its not whole milk also. So get exercise like takeing a walk in the morning, nothing big maybe a mile or so. Or join a gym and drink milk every day.

It certainly does. I am not a dietitian and can't exactly explain why but it really does. The lower % is better. A little fat (like 1/2% or 1% is best but skim milk is good too.) Hope this is helpful.

No. Exercise, eating healthy, and being balanced overall helps you lose weight. That milk commercial is only for advertisement. They got sued doing that commercial.

yes....2% or less and a balanced diet, 8oz. with every meal, combined with 20 min of exercise will help you lose weight...

Only if it is no-fat and used on your cereal. Then you get protein and calcium and vitamin D (if enriched), but not the butterfat which is quite caloric.
