my girlfreind thought it might be because she was due on but she has come on and she still has the pain she said it feels like cramp and the pain comes and goes she had the coil fitted in march so she dosent know weather it has come lose and that is causeing the pain or weather it could be pendercites

If i snack i try and be healthy but they are all unecessary calories even if they are low fat/fruit etc

Hi,

Recently told I have depression / anxiety. Was prescribed Fluoxetine which is an SSRI drug. Decided to first try a herbal option St johns Wort but I find a side effect of this is a dry mouth in the morning. I've one been taking it for a few days so haven't experienced the benefits yet. Would these side effects pass?

Also I have some SAM-e which I have yet to try, anyone have experience of this stuff?
