while pregnant getting prenatal care from a clinic i signed a form stating i did not want to be tested for hiv. notes were made to my chart about how adamant i was about not being tested. after about a month at a routine visit the doctor told me the results(negative) but i questioned why the test taken after i had formally refused it, the doctor looked through my chart and saw that the test was refused and simply said she didnt know why the test was taken anyway. can i sue them for taking a test (that legally needed my consent)and disclosing the results that i had refused to have taken?

Due to dancing since young, my thighs and calves become muscular and bulky, i tried legs raise and massage, but it doesn't help. I am kind of short so with my muscular legs, make me look even bulky than those ladies that as short as me.

i have 1 year old son who is not vaccinated against hepatitis B. my neighbour lives with her dad who has this disease in active stage. she also has 5 months old baby and they all live together. i dont know if they have hep b as well but i dont want contact with any of them sake of my son. whenever she comes to door to see me and my baby i dont open the door and i feel sorry for them but what can i do? my question is can they carry the germs to my house if they enter my place? at the end of the day little girl gonna play with my son play with his toys.. my son only had one dose of vaccine cause he had small allergic reaction(rashes welts) . and another question can i catch it by kissing cheeks? and should i and my son get tested? i am really worried and scared

I noticed this week for the first time that my lower neck was slightly swollen (where my neck meets my collar bone). Soon after I developed a sore throat and symptoms of a head cold. Just wondering if these two things might be connected. I plan on seeing a doctor if the swelling continues in what I assume to be my thyroid gland (uniform swelling, very slight).

I'm not sure of what the answer is b/c i know that i have been outside without a coat thinking that it was not that cold and all of a sudden i ended up sick. My friends think otherwise. They think that you can go out without coats in cold weather and not get sick, and yes they are sick very often so i don't know what they are thinking.

It started off as picking. I'd find a blemish even the tiniest little pimple and I'd pick it until it was a huge sore. Now, if I find a little ingrown hair or blackhead, I cut it with a razor or scissors until it bleeds really bad. I've gotten infections from this that have actually been serious but even though I think the Drs. suspect it, they never say anything about it. I cut because I think there is something on or in my skin that isn't there and because I get some sort of "release" from it. I read this behavior is related to drug addiction but I haven't touched drugs in years. I am really preety but I"m leaving some not so preety scars, what can I do? And it's not so easy just to tell myself to stop! Could it also be body dysmorphic disorder? Also, I'm an adult not a teen. I never did this as a teen. I do have severe anxiety and depression and take Xanax.

On Monday I found a pea sized lump in my armpit and thought nothing of it, yesterday, I found another one just above. They are both sore to the touch, you cannot see them. My BF thinks I should go and see the doctor if they don't disappear within a few days, what do you lot think???
