Its a bit underground right now(stupid drug companies) but Vitamin therapy has helped several asthmatics to the point where they no longer need a regular inhaler.

There is no cure for asthma because even the worst cases of it isnt nearly as deadly as other things like cancer or aids which has no cure so scientists are working on the more lethal diseases first.... that would be my guess, I have asthma.

The only permanent cure we can hope for is gene therapy.
I would look into doing some research into the human genome project and any findings they have made as to a gene that causes asthma.

Doubt it, my sister has asthma and we never heard of any permanent cures
