Neuropathy
"A disease or abnormality of the nervous system."
Chances are you are vitamin B complex, and mineral deficient.
RESEARCH, how to bring your body in balance by giving it what it needs to function, and repair itself.
Don't let them cut you.
It will makes things worse.
Why.
The body can not function now, never mind when it needs what it does not get now to heal itself after surgery.
Instead, buy yourself a membership at the country club with this money and compare notes with the guy that wanted to cut you.

Depending on how your health is otherwise, they can do vein grafts to try to restore blood flow to your hands and feet. They take them from parts of your body with good blood flow and graft them to the affected areas.

There is a lot about this procedure on the Internet.
