here are the weight ranges...just follow the points target for your weight range and you will lose weight, every time you lose enough weight to be in a new weight range lower your points to your new weight range.

less than 150 lbs= 20 points
150-174 lbs= 22 points
175-199 lbs= 24 points
200-224 lbs=26 points

so you would start with 26 points per day, once you weight less than 199 lbs, move down to 24....

Hi,
You can start with 26 points and then they will go down as you lose weight. Here are the daily point targets:
200-224................26 points
175-199................24 points
174-150................22 points
less than 150.......20 points
