Try cut up celery sticks or baby carrots, or other veggies that you enjoy. I also like green pepper. If you want them to sit out for a while, put them in a zipper baggie with an ice cube to keep celery and carrots crispy. You can also prep some a few days ahead and keep in the refridgerator for easy use, again, store in a leakproof container. If you store too long, you will get yucky stuff. Celery and carrots are basically zero calorie foods because you expend more energy eating and digesting than you gain from the veggies. Besides, who can't use a few more veggies in their diet?!

Keep an airtight container in the fridge with celery sticks, carrot sticks, cauliflour, broccoli, and other raw vegetables.

When you feel peckish - put a few on a plate with a dallop of kraft salad dressing and dip your veggies into it.

You could also add a couple of slices of deli-chicken meat to give you some protein, and you won't be hungry again for a while.

I always keep my desk stacked with nuts..... south beach has a almond, macadamian, cashew mix. Also granola bars....but you have to read the lables on those just because they say granol bars doesn't mean they are good. I also love to snack on snack bags of popcorn, yougurt, grapes and bananas.
