l'm 25 years of age and am 5ft 1in, l love my girl but i bothers me that am shorter than her, what can l do to increase my height? Is it still possible to grow at my age? If yes what can l eat, do to increase my height and stature?

It is very rare for anyone to continue growing once they have hit their 20's. I doubt you will grow any more - you just need to determine within yourself that you are happy just the way you are.

No. You are done growing at 21-22. You can't do anything to make yourself grow any taller. Nothing. There are no vitamins, supplements, devices, exercises, drugs, no growth hormones...nothing. Don't you think if there was something you could do or that you could still grow, you would have heard about it, right? Of course. It doesn't exist.

hey man im nearly 22 and always stress out about my heights because im short and tried ask smiliar question to people and they told me noway which is true.... sorry u cant but if u short and u not big muscle man tell this go do gym 3times week then in fews months u will see urself big and girls love it because thats wat im doing gym alot and i have achieved results last 4weeks of gym program and will keep up so my gf love me more..big muscles girls will love u more, trust me but however if u not happy still with ur heights there is only one u can gain inches this is wat my gf told me go to China and they do opeartion on ur legs so it will increase ur heights but its risky and i was going to do but still thinking about unformately cant becuause of risk involved anyways up to u
