Do you use the computer a lot? If so, it COULD BE carpal tunnel syndrome!!! Actually, I have been treated for carpal tunnel syndrome several times.
You start off with soaking your hand in ice water, go to hot water, then back to ice water again. Also, you can take anti-inflammatory medication: such as ibuprofen as directed on the bottle. And also go to the drug store & buy a brace to stabilize your hand/wrist while you sleep. If you have problems during the day, there again are other hand/wrist braces that support you while you are working!!
If you are still having problems, see your doctor!! I had carpal tunnel releases on BOTH my hands/wrists. However, TAKE CAUTION!!! As years later, I suffer from athritis!! You should be aware of the pros & cons of ANY SURGERY!! And weigh them HEAVILY!!

I would check my pillow positioning. Usually when you have tingling in the arms or fingers it's due to a compressed nerve in the neck. I'd venture to guess you're sleeping on a big pillow that puts your chin against your chest. Your position sleeping should be the same as when you are standing. Try a flatter pillow and take anti-inflammatories with food (aspirin/ibuprophen). Godloveya.

If you sleep on your stomach or side (especially with arm above your head), try to alter your position and see if that makes a difference.
Otherwise if it persists you may wish to see a doctor to see if need screened for carpal tunnel, nerve irritation, diabetes, etc. You may need to get an EMG to help determine the cause.

Go to the doctor. If you do not have insurance, go to the clinic. Best to be put on the waiting list ASAP. I have similar problem and so does my wife (both in our 20s). Doctor cannot tell me what's wrong but it could be a pinched nerve, diabetes, or anything in between.
Go to the Pros.

Classic carpel tunnel syndrome symptoms. Until you can get to your doctor, go to the drug store and buy a wrist brace so that you can sleep at night.

If you have three middle fingers, go to the doctor and get two removed. You are supposed to have 5 fingers, not 8.
