unfortunately there isn't really a healthy way to decrease lean body mass. what you have to do is to keep your body in a catabolic state for an extended period of time. you need to substantially decrease your overall caloric intake, decrease your protein intake and exercise in excess. following any number of the fad "diets" that people refer too on this site will do it, like the cabbage soup diet, etc.

it is not something that I would recommend. just remember that you will see a increase in body fat by doing this. in your later years you will wish that you had all of that extra lean body mass.

Stop eating carbohydrates, your body only uses carbs to supply your muscles with energy you do NOT need carbs in your diet, just the vitamins they can give you so do this:

1. Take a multivitamin

2. Stop eating carbs, especially simple carbs like white bread, white rice, ect...

What will happen is that your body will have to burn off some of your muscle to provide energy for the rest of your body, it will start taking muscle from the areas where there is bulk muscle first.

I wouldn't worry about it if your healthy. I'm sure if you ask around that there are men out there that concider you a dish anyway. Other than this, the only thing I can tell you is to build up the rest to match. Good luck

Pilates lengthens the muscles so it might help you somehow so your muscles will look slimmer or sleeker.
