leukemia is generally a cancer of your white blood cells, (leukocytes) the first step to diagnosing leukemia is to have a CBC (complete blood cell count). In leukemia patients the white cell count is usually abnormally high, with usually (but not always) depression of the other cells in our blood, (red cells and platelets), because of the depression of the manufacture of platelets leukemia patients can also have small ruptured blood vessels just under the skin, called peticia. If you even think you may have leukemia get to your Doctor and do it TODAY.

Fatigue and sickness. You start feeling ill more often than not and your body becomes run down. Leukemia affects your lymph system that filters your blood and also affects your ability to make healthy white blood cells.
