Only one way. Just stop doing it. Just make up you're mind not to do it anymore.

And don't let anyone convince you it's a mental illness. Cause' that seems simple, it takes the responsibility off of us. But it also takes away all our power.

Now, if you tell us you can't do this? Are we gonna believe you?

You know I'm kidding. Trust is an issue, though. It might take people awhile to start believing you again. But it won't and shouldn't take them forever. If anyone tries to hold it against you, it is just nonsense and they're own problem, not you'res.

Think of what things will be like again, when you have regained trust and accountability.

That is everything, in a sense. It's what a credit history is based on.

Chances are these were really tall tales, or exagerations, to make yourself feel better or build yourself up alittle? You don't need them, you're good enough just the way you are.

Letting them go will only add to you're ability, appearance, and stature as a person.

Know that the truth always comes out (and if it doesn't you'll be worried that it will ) so if you continue lying you are just asking for trouble and if you tell another lie to cover the first one and so on it will only make the first one worse. So many times the lie was unecessary, telling the truth or not saying anything is so much easier and you don't have to worry that you told a lie. You don't need to lie. If you don't want to say the truth, don't say anything. Or say you'd rather not say or something like that. Think of the consequences. People will get to know you as a liar and will never trust you, they won't believe anything you say, will feel contempt for you and never respect you. That reputation will stick FOREVER. So, don't you think it's better not to?

Habitual liars are spoiled rotten people who others do not want to be around...they lye, steal, cheat...cause extensive misery to all involved and ruin lives.
Oh you dont stop the lies...once in progression they pick up speed like gossip...
Try facing those you know you have lied to and I do not mean the ones you are lying about...they are the last to face..I would recommend getting oral taped dated statement from those that were confronted saying you lied and wanted to right a wrong...then give all tapes to those you lied about and face them...

You have to ask yourself why are you lying. Stop and think of your answers before you talk! You only lie because you feel like you have to, so revaluate the situation and for once, just be honest with yourself. If you hurt someone at least they will respect you for telling the truth!

Start telling the truth. Or stop doing things that you are ashamed of or need to hide.

choice, free will. Or if you don't want to tell the truth then keep quiet or tell people to back off if their question is too invasive.
