should I have my arms spread wide? above my head? right next to eachother? level with my lower chest? on an incline? and what other workouts will work my lower inner chest?

there is no inner or outer pectoral muscle, they connect at the same insertion point. you can not localize fat loss by performing any exercise. you need to reduce your body fat if you want to increase your definition.

Great to have you back DT Yes I must admit that some tears did come rolling down, during the Eddie Guerrero tribute show on Raw. Also when I watch it again on youtube I start getting watery eyes. This was the first time I cried for someone I did not know, but I tend not to read the comments because some people are just plain pathetic. It was very emotional, unlike when Benoit died I was shocked but not really sad. I think I connected more with Eddie.

Incline bench press works well. Also, a reverse grip pull down. Push ups with hands close together.

u should do dimonds and do it with one hand do lots and lots of crunches!!! good luck!!!
