I was painfully thin most of my life and struggled to put weight on. I have gained the weight I wanted to, but I need to tone up my abs and legs, however, I don't want to lose the weight I have gained. Any suggestions for a good toning workout?

A great toning workout is pilates. You will firm up everything but most of it is done laying on the floor or sittin on your behind so you don't lose weight so much as tighten and tone what you have.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

you could use light weights. and high reps. check out some denise austins tapes they have great ways to tone up .
