i tried medicines and also invested much strenght. is there any natural way to succeed.

Do you know what causes your boughts of depression if you face that factor and deal with it by getting counselling for it which can help a great deal when you off load on to some one who is impartial to the problem. if its just life in general that gets you down look at ways to change the certain areas that make you feel this way. Take a multi vitamin each day also some St johns wort and Gingko Bilboa these are all good for brain stimulation and circulation and your well being. Avoid negativity like situations and thoughts stay focused on what you want and where your going in life stay positive in thought and you will be fine . love yourself from within and clear out all things negative in your life... good luck remember your special and stay focused and positive.

EXERCISE every time you start feeling down or get in a regular exercise routine and mix it up so as that you dont fall into a rut after a week or two and forget why you started exercising in the first place (to make you feel better about yourself) Join a few clubs or teams to meet different people aswell.

Hello...for end a depression..i think that u must make an effort for thinking positive...u must find the things that u like the most to do...eg:sports, music..art...etc,,,something that gives u plaesure...and u must do all this hobbys..than u can make some ioga..it´s great!u ll reeducate your body, your breath, u can transform yourself in an equilibrate person..without humour variatons..this is what i think that u can do...but i m a simple jornalist not psicologist...Bye

In order to overcome depression u need to:

recognize that u r depressed.

have a complete physical exam to rule out some other physiological cause for ur depression

be willing, under the supervision of an appropriate physician, to use an anti-depressant medication to help u get over the "hump" of ur current bout of depression

determine whether the depression is situation specific (related to a current situation in my life) or chronic (a part of my behavior for a long period of time).

identify the causes of ur depression.

change ur irrational thinking and develop a more realistic perspective.

accept that anger is the basis for ur depression, and make a concerted effort to do anger work-out sessions daily to lessen its impact.

realize that depression is a fact of life, that it accompanies loss, grief, and even success.

find a place in ur life for relaxation efforts such as self-hypnosis, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.

use visual imagery to see ur life without depression and put ur energy into the pursuit of a positive goal.

develop a crisis prevention, time management, and catastrophic intervention plan of action.

develop a balanced lifestyle with good nutrition, a balanced diet, aerobic exercise, adequate sleep and stress reduction.

work at self-esteem enhancement, self-affirmation, self-reinforcement.

commit urself to a specific plan of action to overcome ur depression.

well, first what is the root of your depressions.
Try to get over that root, if something from the past that you didn't have control over it you HAve to forgive to the people who has hurt you, if you were the one did the mistake you have to forgive your self.
If is something present that you cannot change, first try to change it or replace it, or make it look better.
If you worry about the future, then you have to trust in GOD other words have faith, that you have a GOD who loves you and take care of you.
Also take care of your self, health, eat well, sometimes I Don't eat well and get down easily.
Get bussy with somethings that make you happy.

As a matter of fact there is.
Believe it or not it is through nutrition and exercise.
Start a macrobiotic diet and start a good workout plan and you will do fine.

find out what's making u depressed first,then find ways to improve the situation,if u can;t improve it just forget about it cause life is to short there is always something better so just stay calm and figure out what it is.Good luck

find a complete stranger where ever you can, say can i talk to you about me and speak out whatever you wanna say. but don't annoy people. they will listen and no criticize about you. i did once and feel so good.
