The most effective natural remedy for high blood pressure is removing animal fats, salts and alcohol from the diet. Combine this with moderate exercise like walking or swimming and meditation.

There are a few things you could do for your high BP. The one that will work fastest, and unfailingly is cayenne pepper. I have had miracles with it. It will naturally adjust the blood, and BP, whether it be too thick, too thin, too high, or too low. It will build your heart, and prevent stroke, and more. You would need a high IHU (international heat unit), at least 45k, but higher if you can get it. You can take it in capsules but I don't recommend it unless you absolutely can't take it any other way as this is a surprise attack to your stomach. Best if your salivary glands can send a heads up. Star with about 1/4 tsp in a cup of clear liquid (I like to put it in water with a little lime and sometimes a bit of stevia), and work up to 1 tsp. 3X a day.
