How do you lose the fat in your face. Im skinny bout 130 pounds but muscular at age 16 bout 5'6 or 5'7 and have a sorta chubby face. I would love to lose that and get a skinnier face look but how?

18 yr guy that has only an hour really early in the morning to workout. Just starting to workout since my metabolism finally is starting to slow. Gym is crowded and wanted to know the best workouts both weight lifting and non lifting to build the upperbody.

Im 15, 5'10" and I weigh 183 lbs. I know my body needs extra calories to sustain this rapid growth period im going through. So, dieting isn't cool. But, I need to know about how many calories should I be consuming in order to sustain lean tissue and growth, yet still shed unwanted body fat.

Hi. I'm a 16 year old guy who weighing at 127 lbs and I'm kind of new to this exercise routine. This is my workout routine:

Monday - Chest/Biceps
Tuesday - off

These are my question:

For Monday how many exercise do I have to do for chest and how many for biceps?

For Wednesday how many for shoulders and how many for legs?

For Friday how many for triceps and how many for back?

When I run or exert myself, i start getting out of breath faster than the other guys and I have a lot of chest pain... The doctor prescirbed me Ebastel for 10 days and asked me to see him after the course is complete. then if required i ll get an Echo Cardiac Test done.. wht could all this mean?? pls helpppp!!

i have a self-realized problem with oder in my groin area. I could elaberate on my grooming habits, but lets just say im borderline OCD about it. I just dont know what to do. I bath about 13 times a week (thats about 2 a day). I wipe my butt (maybe too much) when Im done...well, you know what. But I still have a problem with a stale, almost unwashed smell. I don't show signs or symptoms of a fungul infection or anything medical and this is starting to kinda annoy me. Any ideas?

I had broken up with my first intimate(always had unprotected sex) partner and stayed separated for 8 months. during that time I slept with someone else at times unprotected. I went back with my ex but before being intimate i went and got tested supposedly for everything, they said everything was okay. After a year and a half of being back with my ex(my first) i had an outbreak and it was diagnosed as herpes. My ex went to get tested and told me it was negative. my doc said it must have been form him(that even if it doens't show in the blood yet he should get tested after three months). we ended in bad terms so when i asked him to show me the results he said he doesn't have to he is negative and that was it( he sounds so sure of it like GOd spared him). I contacted the guy i had been with during the 8 months he said evntually he will get tested but that he doubts it because he now has a girlfriend who is pregnant. please let me know your opinion who do u think i got it from?

I've been giving him massages but they only help for a short period of time. We have been unable to use the ice/heat method yet. I'm more-or-less dirt poor at the moment and I'm waiting until Thursday for my paycheck. I'm home sick and I was diagnosed with sinusitis. Unfortunately, I have a really bad sore throat and I have mucus draining down the back of my throat that is making me gag and vomit. I've tried drinking hot green tea, which helped for a little while. I don't have any lemons or honey and not a lot of seasonings/spices to choose from. I am so miserable right now, it's so not funny. We live together for 6 months, and he is a very nice guy, but when he have a problem he start to drink, and then he will start to be very bad and have a go with me for nothing. He lies a lot, special to his parents, he say very lies andbad things about me to his parents. And now his parents don't even talk with me. I think God was trying to be funny when he did this. Most men will not have sex for an eternity just so a female can achieve her pleasure for the moment.
