You're a human being. You're not afraid to show how you feel, which is commendable. It's certainly nothing to be ashamed of.

As for the whole depression thing - having been there myself, I can say that it's not necessarily the case. You may just be an extremely sensitive person. If its affecting you to the point where you find it difficult to function, then I'd definitely go and see the doctor.

(To the person who replied with "if it's emotional, then grow up" - try taking your own advice. If you're so stunted and repressed that you can't show your own feelings, then that's YOUR problem, nobody else's. Sort yourself out and, in the meanwhile, keep your immaturity to yourself.)

Feeling emotional. It's ok. Watch a really sad movie or read a really moving book and get it all out of your system so you can move on and get back to your usual self, x

Just thought of something else...maybe you can use this feeling- if you have any unexpressed thoughts start writing them down in a stream of consciousness, try describing how you feel. I have written some of my best stuff when feeling low and empty. It doesnt necessarily mean you are depressed. It is natural to have ebbs and flows of emotion, and I wouldnt worry too much about it unless it lasts a long time.

Sure fire sign of depression. If you're not sleeping well or spending a lot of time thinking about the things in your life you don't really have control over get yourself down to the doc's.

WELL MOST OF THE TIME THIS IS EMOTIONAL AND OR DEPRESSION, MAYBE SOMETHING HAPPENED LATER TO CAUSE THIS LIKE STRESS, OR BEING TIRED, TRY FINDING SOMEONE TO TALK TO AND REALLY EXPRESS YOURSELF LET EVERYTHING OUT, AND TRY NOT TO THINK ABOUT THINGS THAT GET YOU DOWN, TRY TAKING TIME OUT FOR YOU, TAKE A NAP , JUST REST.

If you mean your eye's are watering all the time, then you probably need to see a doctor. If its emotional then grow up.
