I am a 16yo, 5'6 ectomorph and I would like to start bodybuilding as soon as possible, the problem is I am not happy with my height and my doctor says I dont have much growing left to do. I Dont want to stunt any growth i have left by lifting really heavy weights as Ive heard this will put pressure on my spine. Is it worth lifting smaller weights until im 18 or could I start properly now.

If my back hurts, I think my cancer has spread to my bones. If I feel extra tired, I think it has gone to my liver. If I have a headache, I think it has gone to my brain. How can I stop thinking like this? I'm not normally a pessimistic person, but I think about this all the time.

I am a good girl, I have never done anything sexual with a guy or anything. But last night, in the car-one thing lead to another and somehow my boyfriend had his penis up against my vagina. I eat only egg and yoghurt, and am underweight. To me it is ethically unacceptable to take a life for my survival, and so am unable to eat meat. Should I force myself to eat meat, waste away to death, or is there any other way out? Would be grateful for any advice.
