This isn't an answer. Just a comment....
Wow. I find the male mind fascinating. But then, I haven't peed in the rain. Sex, yes. But not peed. I guess I haven't got the correct plumbing.
Must go ask boyfriend this question.......

I'm glad Gene Kelly isn't around to see this... If you only peed when it rained, you'd be extremely jaundiced if you lived in the desert. Do this: Pee off a high balcony onto people below. When they go indoors, they will say it's raining out, but others will say, "It ain't raining, but you smell like piss!" (Kidding! Don't do this. Pee in the snow like everyone else!)

There are lots of things that are fun to do in the rain. Urination is one of them. You seem to empty out your bladder better due to the sound and sight of water running. Works good if you let a faucet turned on too, and you stay dry.
I really like to have sex when it's raining!

Its medical, its everybody's thing. Everyone gets provokes to urinate when they see a running water tap, rain or whatever. If one has failed to pass urine especially kids and you need a sample for example, you just take them to a running water tap or rain and the magic is done.
