Increase your calorie intake, slowly and with nutritious foods. weight training is good for muscle tone and to keep the extra calories from becoming fat. Talk to a personal trainer, or your Dr.

I don't agree ^^^^ meat makes u lean.....
Eat dairy products..like full fat milk, cheeses, white bread w/ butta & Milkshakes!
