I have either never heard of it or not recognized it by your spelling. Can you look the word up in a dictionary to get the correct spelling? Then I might be able to help you. I am a nurse.

It's Dupuytren's disease or contracture-increase in size and contracture of the fascia of the palm leading to flexion deformity of the hand. May also affect the plantar fascia(feet). Seen more in the Caucasian race.

I guess you mean Dupeytrens contracture. A shortening of a tendons in the hand due to thickening and shrinking of palmer fascia.
