If my back hurts, I think my cancer has spread to my bones. If I feel extra tired, I think it has gone to my liver. If I have a headache, I think it has gone to my brain. How can I stop thinking like this? I'm not normally a pessimistic person, but I think about this all the time.

You will hear the same thing from other bc survivors. Its pretty common but not fun. With time it is supposed to get a little easier. Make sure you go to your appointments, test ...that's all you can do. Try not to worry too much.

You will never get over it. Once a person develops cancer, it haunts them for life. Five year survival doesnt mean anything as breast cancer can come back 15-20 years later as well.
Best thing to do is accept it and learn to live with it.

Every living being has to go away one day. Why worry about it then? Learn to live better thru Yoga practices, meditation and Pranayams etc. Keep urself busy and actively engaged.
