my tongue gums lips and somtime back of throat has been swelling up?

mouth getting extremly dry, and lost of taste.. any suggestions I'm quit smoking during this whole episode it may be working .. help for my teeth fall out.

It could be an allergy, it could be disease. It also sounds like scurvy. That is a nutritional ailment caused by not eating enough citrus fruits. I would go to the Dr right away, don't fool around with it.
