You definitely need to go to the doctors and get tested. Diabetes is very serious and not to be taken lightly. Don't be scared to go- if there's something wrong, you will want to get better. And just know that you are not alone- I know 3 people with juvenille diabetes and they are all doing great today.
And by the way, don't listen to J.M. Type 1 diabetes is diagnosed in children- it's also called juvenille diabetes. Type 2 is usually diagnosed when a person is older and overweight.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Let her take you to the doctor and for a blood test. If it is diabetes then there are people out there to help you. Diabetes educators are great at helping patients cope and learn about the illness. A few years ago I found out I have type 1 that is the type mostly in children but I was 29. With type 1 you need insulin shots and my kids were 8 and 10. They were upset and my diabetes nurse/educator helped them learn about it at the same time.

First of all how do your mom know for sure that you have diabetes, is she a nurse, or other health professional? if its only a guess then you really should get a blood test to know for sure. If you are diabetic you need to either watch what you eat, to control your glucose level in your blood that way, or be put on medications if its not too bad thats type 1 diabetes, if its really high or a bit harder to control you may need insulin shots, thats type 2. You need to go to the doctor hun, there is help and its not the end of the world you will be fine.
Good luck.

OK, first you need to find out why she thinks that. If you are concerned, see your doctor. Diabetes is not something to be afraid of, I promise. And it does not automatically mean shots for the rest of your life. My diabetes is controlled with diet and exercise.

I know it's scary but remember that information is power.
A blood test won't hurt for more than half a minute and you will have information.
You do not need to be overweight to get diabetes. It's not anyones fault. it just happens.
