Yes,.. you can. Just eat as many times a day as posible as aposed to one big meal and remember to keep your fluids. I would suggest stuff like Propell just before or for the first hour of DDR (if you mean your trying 4 hours straight each day). Although people are going to argue with me, it helps your body stabloize and keep from spazzing. The rest of the time try water,.. try to drink milk in place of of soda pop during meals or as sneaks between meals if you can drink water during a meal.
Do not cut back on what you eat, keep the same ammount,.. just cut some of the meals in half and eat the halves hours apart. Try to have some easy sneaks like grapes, sticks of some vegtables or probably some slice apples would do you good to nibble at while you play DDR as a reward for your activities. Your body will think your finding food and you might be disgesting alot of food at any moment so it will be all for burning calories.
People seem to be finding out before bed a snack or drink or just haveing a spoonful of pure honey (remember to brush your teeth) does your body well. Honey and Malasis are loaded with Vitamons and Minerals but some people only see sugar. There is alot more to Honey that isn't just something as simple as a lettered or numbered Mineral or Vitamin,.. Honey also will make your body go " MMMM!!! FOOD! Food food food,,... mmmm,... " and be breaking down things while you sleep expecting and nice fattening meal... any minute... yep,.. even while your asleep. So you might wake up starveing.
