Ideally, you should work your back and biceps together, and your chest and triceps together. Think about it, they work together that way.

Three different exercises for each muscle group is best, and do at least three sets of each exercise, for a total of nine sets per muscle group. Get it done in under 70 minutes, and carb up immediately after to reduce soreness later. Eat a gram or so of protein per pound of lean body weight(you sound lean already, eat about 115 grams protein per day). Cardio two to three times each week(but not more), will increase your stamina and speed with the weights. Do your cardio last if it's a weight training day.
Change up your routine at the first sign of the blahs. Read a muscle magazine for ideas. Best wishes.

Try to do 3 to 4 different exercises for each body part. You will want to do 3-4 sets per exercise 8-10 reps. You also need to incorporate cardio and abs to your workout. Initially, while you are trying to build muscle, do cardio 3 times a week no more. Abs can be worked every day. Good luck to you, you are off to a good start.

Hmm..good I am the nurse for the Verchina Expert. I gets you scheduled for an appointment. Sounds like you may have a verchina obstacle brewing. In the intervening time, give up the motorcycle so I can thoroughly investigate cross-check it and spot what the hindrance is. I would have to hold onto it even though, for scientific study functions of direction.

Talk to a trainer.

You should also add some cardio in your routine. That also helps to build your muscles.
