My throat is constantly scratchy and dry in the winter b/c the air is so dry and cold, is there ANYTHING I can take or eat or suck on to relieve this discomfort? It sucks a lot, especially when I breathe through my nose!

A friend of mine was given HSV2 from a now ex bf without being prior warned about the std. Evidently she is not the only girl he has done it too. Isnt there some sort of legal action that can be taken for pretty much ruining her sexual life for the rest of her life?

Well I want to do this detox thing using fresh juices but I'm not sure exactly where to get them. Are they available at a regular supermarket or would I have to go to a natural food store? Items I need are:
24 oz. fresh grapefruit juice,
16 oz. fresh orange juice,
8 oz. fresh lemon juice

I thought manual compression in CPR is primarily used to keep the heart in a shockable rhythm longer to allow the arrival of defibrillator. So why does tv shows such as E.R. show doctors performing manual compression after cardiac arrest when defibrillator is readily available? What is the actual procedure used by emergency room?

I only have about 15 pounds left that I want to lose. I have a very busy schedule since I work a couple jobs and am still in college. I never drink sodas and I don't remember the last time I had a french fry. But, I'm at a loss when it comes to exactly what I should do to get those last few pounds to get off of me. I've already lost about 20 pounds, but these 15 are driving me nuts! Any ideas?

My father has anerusym which we incidentally found, no symptoms.Angiogram was done and it is found that aneurysm is in the blood vessel that supplies blood to brain.He is 71yrs.Docs feel that at his age and considering the location of aneurysm, surgery or grafting is not recommended.The size of aneurysm is 4.7cm.Advice of docs is to keep the bloodpressure under control,quit smoking ( he has been a smoker for a very long tome) and get the CT scan done periodically to see if there is growth.They are not ruling out the risk in not doing the surgery,but they feel that at this time surgery might be more risky.

I am worried that the aneurysm might rupture and from what I've read ruptured aneurysm is potentially fatal. So I feel surgery is better.

Any advice ?
