I'm currently working in Africa and the city where I live is very polluted. This is affecting my already sensitive eyes a lot and they are permanantly red and irritated. I use Patinol eye drops, but it doesn't really seem to help with the redness and irritation. What else can I do?

my penis will erect. As my erected penis is 15 to 17cm, i would usually try to hide it, but i cant, as my penis is lying to my adormen. She would usually look at it and try to put it down and stop the erection. Usually it would last until my bath is over. Then, i would have problem putting on the pants as i want it to be down. since, it is now generally excepted as a bloody stupid thing to do? why do people continue to smoke? are they ignorant or just plain stupid? so its tough to give up but many haver done it. there's nothing i hate more than being surrounded by a bunch of idiots causing my lungs irreparable damage. does any support my views? (by the way, i would answer this question with a resounding YES). why doesn't the government just tax it all to hell and put the money towards the NHS? (or, in places where the isn't one, start one). would that be a good idea?

I am a man in London, England. I mean the test which detects the HIV virus itself as little as a week after initial infection, not the one which only detects the antibodies three to six months later. I wish to get it done anonomously with no identity checks or links to my NHS records. If I have to go private, how much should I expect to pay? I live in Nevada and there are no doctors here that will touch me because of a cancerous tumor that is located on the bone of my left arm. My boss constantly harassed me and provided me with no assistance or back up. I am a finish carpenter and worked at a small community hospital. I was soley responsible for projects that endangered me of further injurying my left arm. Finally my arm was injured and I am no longer able to work. I am the sole provider for my two children and I have no family. I have been to UCLA when my first tumor was removed and was overall unhappy with the quality of care I received. I have no money or options for work. My children are the most important people in my life and I need help. I don't even know where to start in order to get assistance and my bills are mounting. Is there anybody that can help us?

How did it happen? How long did it take before you can walk again without limping or using any crutches?

Can you also explain the whole process you went through starting from getting injured to being released from the hospital? How long did you stay at the hospital? How long after being released from the hospital were you able to walk again?

I've always been a night person. I don't like getting up early. Never have. Even as a child, it was difficult. I was frequently missing the school bus or missing school altogether. As an adult, I work the midnight shift because it's normal for me. I think better at night.
