All I can tell you is that I am 66, have been jacking off for over 50 years, still doing it, and have 20/20 corrected vision and a full head of hair...and I'm not crazy yet either although some may argue with that part! No plans to stop jacking off either...it just feels too good...DUDE!

There are no harmful side affects of masturbation. Just the opposite. Masturbation is good for you. It is good for your prostate, it is good for your penis developement, it relaxes you, it relives stress, it helps you control your sexual urges, it feels really really good, and it is not a sin. So you need to be doing it as often as you want. Just remember to do it in private and keep it personal.
