The first person is obviously insure about something. Anyway, I love to work out. It makes me feel so much better all around. It improves my mood and energy. I workout an hour in the am, take a 15 mintue walk on my lunch break and do 1-2 hours in the pm Mon-Fri. On Sat I probably only do 1-2 hours and Sundays I rest.

I would not say "like" ... I do work out because it is necessary to stay healthy.
I work a "desk job" and spend eight or nine hours a day sitting at a desk. In order to maintain cardio-vascular health and keep from becoming a tub-o-lard again, I go to the gym 2X a week for about an hour. And 2X a week I fence with the local college kids (sword-play is hard work, if you didn't know). It seems to be working.
Four years ago, I weighed close to 300 pounds. I now weigh 200 and have done for most of the last three years (took awhile to shed the blubber).
I am 47 years old and keeping fit is important to me, since my kids are in their teens and I want to see them graduate.

Yes, I run or walk 4+ miles 5 or 6 days a week. But right now I'm resting a very sore calf muscle so I have taken 2 days off and plan to be back on the trail or beach path tomorrow. I have learned the hard way that I should be stretching before running.

I workout at least 6 days week for one hour including cardio exercises and weight training.
I generally avoid fatty foods and believe more in eating fruits and vegetables and eat meat to get a high dose of protein.
