Cooking with microwave is the process of rubbing the foods molecules together at a high rate of speed. This causes friction and is what actually cooks the food. Pre cooked foods can be cooked easily in a micro wave but I wouldnt suggest cooking raw meat in one. I have tried it and it is FUNKY! Bacon can be cooked in one but use a bacon tray.....
To Bilez.....aint got crap to do with high voltage!

The door on the microwave is designed to seal against the face of the oven to prevent any signal from escaping and causing harm to the user. If the seal is damaged, then it is recommended to either have the oven repaired or replace it.
Remember that there is concern for anyone having a pacemaker using a microwave oven.

Microwaves deplete very quicky as your distance from the microwave will boost. "Inasmuch because of the fact the importance for human beings of repeated exposure to low levels of microwave radiation continues to be doubtful, there is sufficient data to warrant specific common-sense precautions: stay a minimum of an arm's length far flung from an working microwave oven do no longer function an oven whilst it rather is empty do no longer function an oven if the door won't close good or is in any way broken in no way tamper with the protection interlock switches or the fuse" wish this enables With sort regards David area

The only warning I have ever heard is to not make a habit of standing right in front of the micro wave when food is being heated.
In other words, microwave ovens are perfectly safe to use. The only danger you have is the food itself, preservatives, food colorings and the like. Also, there is a danger of burning yourself from the heat as it escapes from the dish.
Peace.

In my microwave instruction it was written that u must leave food for 10 mins after it was made and eat it then. Actually seems senseless for warming up only, i guess its only if you cook very long.

No. You need to learn how microwave ovens work.
It's not 'radiating' your food with nuclear waste, you know.
