im not talking about just a stuffy nose or something a tissue can take care of... its all the time being unable to breath out of either nostril or most of the time its both nostrils. i found that nasal spray temporarily works, but it makes you dependent on it and is worse in the long run, also i am unable to constantly purchase it due to my budgit. its literally gotton to the point where i feel like i am in hell, i cant function properly, i cant sleep, and the pressure on my sinuses are so intense it actually causes some pain...any suggestions to help would be appreciated

As my nickname implies , i used to go to naturist clubs with an ex . My wife isn't into this but has no objection to me going around naked when i'm home alone . Although we are pretty secluded at the back of our house i recently noticed an older (late 50's) female neighbour watching me from just about the only place she could of . I pretended not to notice and have carried on as normal but she is very often there watching , she has started chatting to me in the street but hasn't mentioned seeing me naked , do you think i should stop my naturism ? or should i tell her i know she watches me ? or should i just carry on as normal ?

I think I broke mine a few weeks ago. It's swollen, but never really bruised. It's movable, but there is moderate pain. I have not seen a doctor because I believe all they do is splint it. I have a job where I use my hands all day, and if I go in witha splint and cannot do my job, I will be sent home, no pay. I cannot afford to do this. Am I being stupid not seeing the doc?

Here in Thailand a lot of massage has a sexual side to it, but there are lots of genuine massagers who are well trained and they can help you to relax and get rid of aches and pains.

Hi, I'm 18. I just have one little spot under my chin that needs shaving. A few isoloate hairs on my cheeks that don't become evident until a week without shaving. The hair under my arms is there, but is much less than there should be. I also notice that it's always been hard to grow muscle and that my body looks a little underformed. I get flack from friends all the time for my youthfulness. I truly believe there is a chemical/genetic problem. I have brown hair. I went to an endocrinologist about a year ago and he agreed that I looked very young, but my testosterone tests came back normal, as did the others. Has anybody here come across such a phenomenon before or know anybody with similar symptoms?Anyone who says that I should be grateful for not having to shave doesn't understand that I feel embarassed for looking like I'm still an 8th grader. If not for this, I believe I'd be a handsome guy.

I am a man who is very soft spoken, I get really frustrated with my voice as I am often mistaken for a lady and this has had real effects on me as I lose confidence in interviews and myself as a man, this problem really hurts me and I wish I could just get rid of this vocal issue especially for the sort of position I am applying for. I wish someone out there can help me......................with a solution.

Say for example you were applying for a Post grad in primary teaching in and you have a history of minor depression. You have never been off work due to this however, it stopped you from completing your degree in the usual 3/4 years (UK). You have a degree but do you have to explain why it took you longer? I am very aware of the stigma attached to mental health issues esp. in employment and of course children’s safety is paramount. In this instance, should a minor mental health issue be disclosed? When should it be disclosed? I would be especially interested to hear from someone who works in the education field. But all answers welcome!

Ever since I was a kid I have been 'mad' on jelly sweets (Fruit Pastilles Jelly Babies Haribo etc)
And I can stuff 2 packs or sometimes even more down me a week.
I was once told that they are not good for you because they are so fattening?
Is this true? Also any sites that explain these sort of facts.
Any help appreciated
