whenever i am in tension or walk too much i get suffer from fever, i consulted to many doctors they said it is nothing but from this year i got 10 times fever i don't know i also feel then weakness
what diet to be taken ?
how much water is to be taken?
which tests i should make
blood or others

It's hard to say...fever is a symptom of so many things. If the doctors have run tests ruling out infection, etc, it's possibly chronic fatigue syndrome. I would go back the doc and demand some answers, though. that's what they're there for!
In the mean time, drink lots of water and take tylenol for the fever.

btw, i also have chronic low-grade fever, but it's from ulcerative colitis, and i think you would *know* if you had that!

Cool down with some ice.I get hot when i walk too and i use ice to cool off.

you must make investigations as CBC and take results to adoctor
