Graviola, an Amazon Jungle herb, is known for its whole-body calming effects and is used for positive mood maintenance.

It also has anti-cancer properties, which is a nice benefit, but I was able to tell a difference in my mood and attitude fairly quickly. I feel like I'm able to see things a lot more objectively now, and I haven't felt the same stress level I used to when faced with a problem. I'd definitely say that I'm a lot more "chilled out," and it does seem like it's a lot harder for things to get to me.

It's worth a try, if you're in to that sort of thing.

I think positive as negative thoughts just end up spoiling your enjoyment in life , its easy to do , say you get number 13 , its classed as unlucky for some , now think that you are in a queue for any reason you have this number that you have taken from the ticket machine someone else later on has number 50 , then 13 in called everyone shouts out unlucky for some!! You say not for me , I'm going home soon you have number 50 your still here ( thats positive thinking )

Try to prioritise what's important & work on them. There are however some issues such as those in the love department that I still have trouble dealing with, the heart just never learns.

Just dont do too many things at once-gud luck!!!!

We make choices in life. We face troubles in life. We cant always choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond to things.
Try it with simple things first and then build it up. Dont put pressure on yourself. Just give it a go!
Whe I know I have busy time ahead, I just take one thing at a time, one day/one activity. Put things into smaller, more aheivable sections.
AND SMILE!!!!

Drop the word WORRY from your vocabluary.. using it brings it to mind .. even if your saying to yourself " I will not WORRY" you still do ...

replace that word with what it really is and that is an "issue" that is bothering you ... now you can chose when you want to deal with that "issue" example ... I will not deal with the issue today.. bounced check... bills due etc .. but will tomarrow ..

or I choose not to speak of that issue at present ...

try it

Maybe it is a general interest in life itself? If you are curious about life and see challenges as opportunities to spiritual or intelletual growth, then those challenges are rather your friends rather than problems.

Keep on saying to myself. This is my life, and i have it only once. So i have to enjoy it. Whenever i got stuck, just pray. It is the best answer of everything.
