Smoke 40 cigars and drink a bottle of scotch a day, you're voice will soon deepen, oh' and while you're at it, take up sword swallowing as a hobby.

awwwwww!!! : )
im sure you will do just fine at your interview,
regardless of what job you are applying for being well spoken, sounding assertive but calm is always a strong quality.
as long as you demonstrate that you are capable, suitable with strong abilities and skills. : )
concentrate on your best assets and make sure you are well groomed. (dont concentrate on your negatives) be confident.
remember, what you say and how you talk is more effective than how you sound and many women find your type of voice attractive.
im not sure if their is anything you can do about changing the way you sound but work with what you have and make the best out of it. (consider this okay because some guys sound really ugly! : ( which is a larger and more common problem, especially when they sound bad and dont know how to talk or what to say)
good luck with your interview! : )

Try humming a one-syllable word as low as possible, drawing out the sound (eg for 'rum', say 'ruuuuuuuum' in a low voice) before speaking in public.
Alternatively, try not to worry about your voice. People should like you for who you are, not for what you sound like - the real issue here isn't the how high your voice is, it's how you deal with it. Think positive. Chin up (but not literally as it won't do you any favours)

I believe there are specialists who can deal with this for you to lower your voice pitch so i would suggest the next time you meet up with your GP ask him for assistance

Go to your local Army camp and ask if you can take drill practice, all that shouting will strengthen your voice, serious.
