Yes, women can have. But not males can't have sex all day.
the only difference is that it requires a skilled person to make them turn on for the whole day. Males can be turned on easily but they can't go too long, after some time they surely need a rest (obviously)
atlast conclusion is physically women can but emotionally i don't think so.

It would mean serious abuse of sex, and may entail serious health problem.It would be a beastly act. Human body is after all controlled by mind and how can one entertain a notion of that kind much less indulge in an act that has no semblance to humanly consideration. A bliss will be converted into curse.
