Since my younger teenage years, I've always had body image issues - thinking that I'm too chubby. I'm Asian, 5"2 or 158cm and 104lbs or 47kg. What do u think?? Thanks guys :)

Ideal weight is very basic. Women should weigh 100 pounds at 5' and then 5 additional pounds for each additional inch. Therefore, if you are 5'2", 110 lbs is about right for a woman with an "average" build. However, this can vary depending on your build, because bones weigh more than muscle which weighs more than fat. If you have small bones that number can go down as much as 10 lbs and if you have large bones it can go up 10-20 lbs.

Most doctors have a "Body Mass Index" posted above their scales these days. Check out the link below. Smart Start has a calculator on this site to determine what is good for you. I put the numbers you gave into that chart which shows a BMI of 19 which is normal and barely above being underweight.

You should be proud of your size. Flaunt it honey!

You're really thin, you don't need to lose any weight. You know this, because by your own admission, you have body image issues. Don't let that way of thinking control your life, you sound perfect. I'm the same height as you and 20lb heavier and I'm not chubby, so how can you possibly be? Take care : )

the two years after the era rule is in basic terms typical, it would not prepare to everybody. i'm 15 years previous and have not hit 5 foot yet... I had my era 2 years in the past, yet i'm no longer finished becoming (with any luck!) My mom suggested she develop into the comparable top as me until eventually she develop into approximately sixteen, then grew to approximately 5'4". It sounds like it ought to pass the two way for you, yet the two year rule should not be taken truly heavily. everybody's physique develops at diverse paces, and a few people are not the comparable top as theier mothers and dads in spite of the shown fact that they many times are. the only thank you to correctly known is to attend and spot!

40 to 50 kg seems about right for your size. I've lived in Taiwan and now the Philippines, and (horrors!!!!) my wife is 150cm and weighs 52kg. And yes, she's outgrowing some of her clothes :-)
