Yes, you can. An all natural is best. I have a 5 year old but she doesn't have that problem, yet she can smell sweaty after a lot of strenuous play Some children develop things like this early.

To be safe I would take her to a doctor. This could be stemming from a hormonal problem such as thyroid or some other undiagnosed problem. If you use deodorant on her I would use an all natural one.

"Oprah", had the, good Doctor on last night, and one of the questions and answers given there had to do, not with just the SWEAT, as sweat by itself does not stink.
But the bacteria is the culperit.
The doctor recommended trying anti-bactirial soap and said this often helps.
I guess by breaking down the bacteria which thrives on the sweat, allowing for less smelly babies...
Go to Oprah . com or whatever, and the link...?
Yeah I think it may be BACTERIA.
Still you can always check with the Doc.
