My throat is constantly scratchy and dry in the winter b/c the air is so dry and cold, is there ANYTHING I can take or eat or suck on to relieve this discomfort? It sucks a lot, especially when I breathe through my nose!

I feel ya sis. What helps me is, I usually have the humidifier running during the day. Especially when I'm sleeping.

The obvious answer is a humidifier, however it is even better if you unhook your dryer hose from blowing outside, plug the vent, and when you dry your clothes you have hot moist air in your home in winter. Also smells good. oh yeah and put pantyhose on the end so as not to get lint all over..

truthfully, if that's the heating element, fee the area and a clean dryer. online i offered a great GE dryer that became dropped at my homestead for $25 extra desirable than the fee of the area. talked approximately as a refurbishing equipment broker and have been given $20 for the old one.

Get a humidifier for your room, that definitely helps.
